The room itself was exceptionally clean and cosy here with bathroom, balcony, for instance.

Stayed at a hotel directly opposite the Gare de Flandres, and it couldn't have been more convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the train station, air shuttle, and TGV Euralille. Surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options, yet the room was quiet and free from any noise or smells. A perfect choice for a quick stopover or a short stay in the city.

Good location

After the first night the cleaning lady had taken all soap and schampoo, the next day there were no towels and the third night of my stay she didn't bother to clean the room at all. When I asked about this in the reception I was badly received. I'm a frequent visitor of Lille and will never stay at this hotel again.

I often travel to Lille and I always look for a hotel close to the station... So the location is perfect and I loved the fact that I could really use the free wifi.. Many hotels offer this service but is usually very crappy.

I have a bit of noise from the next room but in general that did not disturb my sleep.

peeling paint in room, shower door would not shut, price of breakfast...very expensive (6,50eur) it would be better for them to make it very pleasant (4eur) to have breakfast and that would eclipse the other stuff and they would more returns and references I am sure

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying an interesting area, really close to the train station which is so beautiful, the central railway and bus station and city centre and shopping centre. The staff was excellent, affable with every request.

The venue is clean, with amazing location just next door to many tourist destinations as well as the 2 main stations and shopping centre and Lille.

I have just returned from a nice stay in this nice basic hotel, nice cosy and warm rooms...
